Hi, I’m Lara Thompson. I am a full time real estate agent, and mom.

I refer to myself as a Real Estate Counselor since my bachelor’s degree is in Psychology and it comes in really handy as a Realtor. I like to say that I counsel my clients through the buying or selling process!

Buying or selling your home is likely your most significant financial transaction, and it can be a very emotional experience. As your Real Estate Counselor I will prepare you for what to expect, guide you through the transaction, and advocate for your best interests.

I moved here to Charleston in 2015 after living in the Washington D.C. area for around ten years. I knew I wanted to live in a place where I could start a family, enjoy the outdoors, and have so many things to do without so much of the stress that comes with a major metropolitan area. I am so happy we sought out Charleston and happy to say I have started a family here! I live in the West Ashley area of Charleston, and think this area offers many benefits!
