Lara did an amazing job with helping me find and close on a 1-bedroom condo. She was very patient and informative while I was originally looking at 2-3 bedroom houses in North Charleston. As a student at MUSC, Lara helped me realize that a 1-bedroom condo closer to downtown would be the best option. We were able to look at many units and find a nice one quickly at the Peninsula. Lara did a great job orchestrating the entire closing, including the initial purchase negotiation and repair negotiation.
